We used this App to import our products from eBay, we have close to 1500 products and this App performed beautifully. We spent good amount of time reviewing several Apps, and happy to have chosen this one - easy to use and superb support made all the difference.

I've been selling on ebay for 10 years, but decided to open do my own website, i needed an app that could sync my ebay & shopify stock and to bulk upload all my products from ebay to shopify saving me hours and not having to have separate stock. I had a few complications, as i used webinterpret on ebay, so it imported all my products and not just UK ones, how ever this was no problem, Multichannel Importer managed to separate UK listing to a separate list, then sent the UK list to shopify, Bulk loading my whole inventory from ebay to shopify. Then i had another issue as the template that i used on ebay caused issues with how the description looked on Shopify, But this was no problem for my Multichannel importer staff Deepti , she worked above and beyond to fix this and make the description look correct. The customer service here is amazing, if you are already an Ebayer thats just starting out on shopify this is a must to get your inventory straight onto shopify saving you hours of time for not much ££, absolutely excellent. I download this app and tested out the features and functionality so far so good, I really like it. It makes getting the csv file from channels like eBay very easy, as the eBay site is not updated and simply tasks like getting a csv file is a big challenge without this app. From marketplace to marketplace this app makes transferring your data a breeze, I rate it 9 out of 10 because there's always room for improvement.

I used this app to import my Amazon listings into Shopify store. I used the other app first but it only copied 1/3 of my amazon listing. I used Multichannel importer I got the whole bunch of listing imported and indication of which ones copied on top of previously imported. It absolutely made my job so easy.

NOTE- Whatever your issue is it will be resolve by the Team best app to get the all Listing data from Amazon to shopify you also can fulfil your product from amazon FBA by this app no tension to pack product and deliver everything will be automated

客服很敬业，并且总是在线回答问题；因为有很多隐藏的功能我没认真阅读，并且也不明显，从AMAZON上传产品后都是显示0 stocks, 不知道在哪里删除掉一些自己不想上传的产品；有些功能可能需要找客服帮忙解决，失望他们能完善更多功能；

Deepti is incredible. She has helped me with every single problem or confusion we have had and we now run our business successfully and efficiently using this importer. Our original store is on eBay, and this app helped me seamlessly migrate all my products to a Shopify website. 24/7 support is extremely responsive and a lifesaver.

if you want to link product already in your store this is not the app for that. also it's no free version or trail to try it out.

Linking the products: If you have any products already listed on your Shopify store then at the time of importing the products from your selected marketplace to the app, there is an automated process run which is used to match the products from your Shopify store based on SKU or Title. 2. Trial: You will get any new 10 products uploaded on your Shopify for the trial purpose, to check if you will get all details imported on your Shopify store correctly. Another fantastic product from cedcommerce guys. I am already using couple of their apps so I expect only the best from them. And they deliver the best with every product. Ankit was very helpful. I am new to the App and had to ask him lots of questions. He explained the process very well and made me understand it. We tried with Ebay to start with and now I feel much more comfortable in importing the product to my Shopify store. Thanks so much, Ankit.

Life saver. We run a huge ebay store and the importer allows us to easily integrate to Shopify. The support team is extremely helpful, Deepti has helped us so much. They are always fast to respond and fix my issues.

Being a multi-channel seller we are using this app for a while now and it works perfectly with all the channels, Their Support is Awesome & Instant. Ankit, Deepti, and Shubhangi are always there for help. Kudos to the staff and the Company !!

after 3 months which i paid 35$ every month this app destroyed my life for 3 months last month i want to delete it they promise me they will resolve their issue at least only the inventory to be synced and the orders to be fulldfield now i have the paypal account blocked as all my orders was taken at products which i do not have inventory and i needed to cancel them they are a group of crooks who manipulate the reviews and offer only problems instead the app do not import eans they do not know eans means at least at some problems they do not take the sku also variations of colours for images is a science fiction for them also the inventory the problem is that i done this in this time for 4 times by hand but the app in maximum 2 days destroy all my team work avoid them is much easear to do this by hand by yourself it will not work at all their custummer support only lose your time to not let you give them negative feedback do not trust them they will only destroy your website and your merchant i will report them at shopify and ask for a full refund

We could easily import product data from ebay. Any questions were replied within 1 day. Excellent support!

We recently had to import all stock from ebay to shopify. This app made it a straight forward process. I was unsure at a few steps but Ankit was available on chat to guide me through and provided excellent support. The import process is quite visual which is reassuring. I am impressed with Multichannel Importer and would recommend it, compared to other apps I reviewed.
