We have a really large category of items so it is quite a bit of work to categorize to TikTok categories and make sure images are correct size. But CED commerce are really helpful and the support is great. We have used for other apps like Etsy and they have always been great. Thank you.

I have been using CED for all my 3P marketplace integrations. This is my 2nd integration and plan on adding Amazon as well. Support from Aditi and other CED staff has always been prompt and helpful. They take the time to help you through the onboarding and integrations, and solve any issues that come up.
This app and CedCommerce have been seamless and easy to use in linking our Shopify store to our TikTok Shop page. My account manager has been available and supportive 24/7 and she has made my life much easier! Would highly recommend to avoid trial and error with other apps. She has been particularly helpful in assisting with shipping details of an encrypted order on my TikTok shop and has also been very helpful and very informative in assisting with connecting my products to my TikTok shop. The customer support is amazing!
HUNDREDS of orders did not get marked as fulfilled creating a mess for our company. Reached out to customer service and they kept saying "It's been resolved" when in fact nothing had been resolved and orders are still open. Unprofessional and strange customer service at best. AVOID at all costs. Two months later they are STILL trying to charge me, insisting that they connect with me over the phone, even though I've said I want to cancel multiple times, I've cancelled online and removed the app. Seems this company wants to STEAL your money.
