Do not pay for the yearly subscription. This app has caused me countless headaches. SKU's will auto sync even when I manually disconnect them and literally change the SKU. So when I'm running a preorder on Shopify, the items will randomly show as in stock on TikTok. This causes me to have to cancel orders, or dispatch them late. Both HUGE issues when it comes to TikTok Shop's strict SLA. Also the syncing will just be delayed randomly, showing sold out items as still in stock on TikTok Shop. Support will just disappear on you, and continuously push you to pay for the yearly subscription. They created a group chat to help me, and once I changed my review to a positive one, they just completely disappeared. I don't recommend this app.
Support is lacking... Been days since we installed to have a solution. I have contact suppor tmany times and nothing changes, they dont take seriously the support at all. i wa sunable to have all my product online on tiktok. each time they tell me i should of done this and that... always customer fault it seems. I delete it.. they wont see me again
Rarely works and never syncs properly. Feel like im always waiting on Customer Service. Expensive for what you get. If your trying to sync over products "quick" to link to video or a live just know its not "quick" at all.
Useless. Only sends information from tiktok to shopify not the other way around. So the data is always wrong!
HUNDREDS of orders did not get marked as fulfilled creating a mess for our company. Reached out to customer service and they kept saying "It's been resolved" when in fact nothing had been resolved and orders are still open. Unprofessional and strange customer service at best. AVOID at all costs. Two months later they are STILL trying to charge me, insisting that they connect with me over the phone, even though I've said I want to cancel multiple times, I've cancelled online and removed the app. Seems this company wants to STEAL your money.
