Hi. Ayushi was very helpful and relieved me of so much stress and anxiety about the uncertainty of uploading my products onto TikTok Shop. She walked me through each step and exhibited much patience with me throughout the process. I was so happy to finally see some products added from my store! If it had not been for her, I'm not sure that I would have figured it out. In addition, she provided me insights into some of the services that TikTok offers, and I will be able to explore those at a later date.

CedCommerce works a charm and the customer support is excellent. Quick response times and excellent guidance or done-for-you troubleshooting where possible. We also use their Walmart connector app.

The CedCommerce TikTok Shop app works flawlessly. Inventory syncs in real-time, which makes managing products a breeze. What really stands out, though, is the support team — they are incredibly responsive and helpful any time of the day or night. I’ve reached out at odd hours and still got prompt, effective help. Just amazing service. Highly recommended!

We are very satisfied with the onboarding process provided by CedCommerce. The team was exceptionally helpful, promptly addressing all of our questions and ensuring we had a clear understanding at every step. During the onboarding, we successfully linked one product, and the insights shared by the team were invaluable in guiding us through the setup. Once everything was explained, the process became straightforward and easy to follow. The onboarding experience was incredibly beneficial — without it, we would have felt lost navigating the platform on our own. We truly appreciate the support and guidance offered throughout.

Amazing App-A Must-Have for TikTok Shop Sellers! The CedCommerce TikTok Shop Connector is an absolute game-changer! It syncs product inventory, prices, and product information accurately and effortlessly. This app has truly been a life saver for me I honestly can't recommend anything better. What stands out the most is the incredible support team. They're always ready to help, even with the smallest issues. Their assistance goes above and beyond, and I really don't know what I would've done without them. The order syncing feature works flawlessly, and they even helped me upload my products in line with TikTok Shop guidelines, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort. Love this app – amazing support! Amazing and fast customer support. Special thanks to Aditi for helping with a tricky mapping problem – super helpful and responsive! Also worth mentioning: the app helped us solve a bundle issue that TikTok support couldn’t figure out. Really impressed. Love that app!

My brand would not be in existence today without Ced. I heavily rely on Tiktok and amazon and this is the only solution I've found that is seamless. And customer support? They answer within 2 minutes and are SO helpful. 10/10 recommend
