I was using the TikTok shop native app, but was finding it glitched often and wasn't sufficient enough. It was difficult to speak with someone from their support team. We then began using CedCommerce as another option. I was struggling to understand how to upload products from TikTok Shop. I was able to receive a call with the team and was shown the process of completing this. I found this very informative and useful. The process of booking the call was very quick and simple.

Came from Sku IQ. Have been using for just a few hours and it's working just as it should so far. Easy to switch from Sku IQ, fast and helpful customer service to help me get set-up fast. Quick troubleshooting so far as well. Happy so far. Thanks Vikram!

5 star app. Tried Silk connector and the free tiktok/shopify connector, both of which weren't up to the job. This app though works a dream. Its a little fiddly to start with but the amazing 24-hour customer service from Aditi via whatsapp was so helpful and simplified everything for me. Recommended.

Fantastic App and excellent customer service from Aditi Sinha! Absolutely incredible!!! The best service I have ever received. This is the go to app if you want to integrate TikTok shop with Shopify. She provided me step by step instructions, even met up on google meet for seamless process. I have had so many issues integrating TikTok shop in the past but now all resolved.
