The app itself is seamless and provides a great way to feed your Shopify Store into TikTok, especially if you have a complex product set-up. One particular feature we like is the ability to 'unlink' from Shopify, so you can edit product content specifically for TikTok. Their customer support is absolutely fantastic, any issues we've had or any special requests we've needed, their support team have sorted it quickly. The platform is also great, syncs products but most importantly automates the tracking numbers from shopify to the seller centre in TTS. We are in the early stages with the CedCommerce TikTok Shop platform. We get great support and steering about all the usual set up questions, product editing, order processing, structuring of templates and categories. I can recommend. This is much faster than working in TikTok Commerce directly. Vireous.Shop in UK selling inspired clothing and artworks. Special mention to Kartikey Mishra and to Aditi. We had an issue with synching our inventory across from the app onto the TikTok Shop. They fixed it so that we were able to make hundreds of product pages updated in one stroke, and ready for accepting orders.

I have worked closely with the team at CedCommerce, especially a particular employee called Suryansh, who has gone above and beyond to help me with our integration. There are a few tools on the market, but this one works really well and they really have 24/7 support to help you with anything you need. This has been a great experience, our products are online and we can now scale our sales on TikTok Shop.

I love the website, it is so easy to use. Also the support team are available 24/7 and let me tell you that they are very supportive and experienced. You do not even have to wait for a couple of minutes because as soon as you press the support button, they are there, in seconds. I love the website, I LOVE the way it is organized and I love the fact that if you need help, you will be given help right away.

This is a great connector to bring your Shopify products over to TikTok Shop. I tried two others before settling with Ced (Silk Connector, ShoppeDance) - CedCommerce was the only one that would allow me to optimize the product listings directly on TTS for SEO purposes while still syncing inventory and orders. This is a must have feature for anyone trying to optimize their products for discovery on TTS. The customer service team for Ced is excellent. I've watched the feature set steadily improve over the past year as well as its reliability.
