Chad is a chatbot from the future!! I went from painstakingly tweaking rules and macros in Gorgias to... click click presto hey everything works! I’m not sure what AI black magic Chad uses under the hood, but it’s goooood. I barely did anything and suddenly Chad knows everything about my store policies and products. Totally game-changing! Highly recommend!
