Solid application when it work but rather expensive. Feeds sometimes stop working and it takes them days to react to our messages. There‘s no proactive monitoring from their side. The damages are huge when feeds don‘t work for 48 hours because prices and quantities are not updated on markerplaces. The support is way too bad for the amount they charge for the subscription.

You mentioned that there is no proactive monitoring from our side, and that is correct. We are a self-help tool, which means that you are responsible to monitor your own channels within our tool. We can reassure you that blocking your export channels was an exemption that was needed because of the Shopify migration. We wanted to make sure that all our Shopify customers had enough time to make their necessary changes without those changes affecting their export channels.
