Channable’s Support Is an Absolute Disaster! The platform might be excellent when everything runs smoothly, but the moment something goes wrong, their support is beyond terrible. Considering how critical this system is—responsible for exporting all our feeds to marketplaces, Google and Facebook marketing campaigns—their response times are absolutely unacceptable, downright disgraceful, and meanwhile, you’re losing massive amounts of money—clearly not their concern. There’s zero escalation in their support at all; it’s all handled by email, and it takes hours between each reply. Seriously, think twice before installing Channable—ask yourself if you’re ready to suffer huge financial losses the moment something stops working, because they sure won’t rush to help.
