Channel Bay: Inventory Manager

We've just moved across to channel bay and it's been the easiest transition for our business! The team at channel bay are very helpful and accomodating. The app itself is user friendly and easy to understand and navigate. Overall it's been a great transition!

After testing many apps since knowing about the Stocky demise, Channel Bay has the most complete and useful suite of purchase order tools we have found to replace it. We have been using Channel Bay to replace Stocky for purchase order creation and receiving in Shopify. It offers details in the on-screen display (such as being able to turn on/off which columns show in the individual PO Editing view) and being able to search for SKU, item or vendor in the overall PO List view. Both are great time savers. It also allows us to enter cost adjustments, discounts, and zero dollar items to the invoice/PO when we receive (many apps do not even offer those three options). As for support: Dominic and the support team acted quickly and implemented a simplified purchase order PDF export that we could send to suppliers. That level of support is outstanding!

We’ve been extremely impressed with Channel Bay and the support we’ve received from Dominic and the team. They have been responsive, patient and genuinely committed to getting everything working properly for our business. We use Channel Bay to manage inventory across Shopify and Amazon, and the platform is already making this much easier. Whenever we’ve had a question or encountered an issue, the team has investigated it properly, kept us updated and worked with us to find a solution. What has stood out most is that they listen to feedback and continue improving the system based on how businesses actually use it. It feels much more like working with a supportive technology partner than simply subscribing to another piece of software. We’re very happy with both the platform and the service so far, and I would happily recommend Channel Bay to other multichannel ecommerce businesses.

We use Channel Bay for stocktakes, which is super helpful given Shopify does not have a good solution for this. The support team is responsive and very easy to work with. So far the the app has been great!

A great app to add to your store if you are multichannel, specifically with Amazon. It connects to everything I use and gives me one source of truth for inventory, especially if you have multiple Shopify stores you sell from. If you do any WHOLESALE or Manual orders via the phone, you can take and charge the order right in the system, it's awesome! The most important thing is the team behind this, they are very responsive and even add features quickly to help you!
