Eugene Textile Center review for Channel Bay: Inventory Manager

After testing many apps since knowing about the Stocky demise, Channel Bay has the most complete and useful suite of purchase order tools we have found to replace it. We have been using Channel Bay to replace Stocky for purchase order creation and receiving in Shopify. It offers details in the on-screen display (such as being able to turn on/off which columns show in the individual PO Editing view) and being able to search for SKU, item or vendor in the overall PO List view. Both are great time savers. It also allows us to enter cost adjustments, discounts, and zero dollar items to the invoice/PO when we receive (many apps do not even offer those three options). As for support: Dominic and the support team acted quickly and implemented a simplified purchase order PDF export that we could send to suppliers. That level of support is outstanding!
