Totally Numb review for ChannelBay ‑ Purchase Order

We’ve been extremely impressed with Channel Bay and the support we’ve received from Dominic and the team. They have been responsive, patient and genuinely committed to getting everything working properly for our business. We use Channel Bay to manage inventory across Shopify and Amazon, and the platform is already making this much easier. Whenever we’ve had a question or encountered an issue, the team has investigated it properly, kept us updated and worked with us to find a solution. What has stood out most is that they listen to feedback and continue improving the system based on how businesses actually use it. It feels much more like working with a supportive technology partner than simply subscribing to another piece of software.
