Just added this app and tested it out, does exactly what we need! We have customers with Net30 terms that can now checkout on our website and pay/mail a check at a later date. I had some issues with setup, but support was very responsive and handled it for me. Hope to see our ordering process streamlined for our customers!

We operate a make-to-order business rather than one that sells inventory in stock. Charge Me Later has worked very well for us in taking orders and allowing us to charge customers when their product is ready for shipping. Ankit was very helpful guiding us during setup and has been super responsive to any issues we have had.

At first app had some issues and conflicts with our theme, however dev team and Ankit was very friendly and helpful in sorting all of the issues for us. Great app, we achieved exactly what we wanted with our Wholesale store.

We are using Charge Me Later to provide local business customers with an option to charge products to an account similar to how they would in our store. The app is very easy to use, and changes that we couldn't make were very promptly handled by Ankit. 5 Stars for the app and fantastic service which really made this app work for us.

This was pretty much the only app on the store that fit our needs best. We had a couple of specific changes that we needed to make and the developer was very accommodating and helpful. We worked with Ankit, who was very swift and extremely helpful in implementing the changes we wanted to make. Excellent communication and technical expertise. Great work and a pleasure to work with as well!

This app never worked quite right. I was trying to use it to do pre-orders, and somehow the app did not prevent people from using the "Buy it Now" button and bypassing the draft order page. This resulted in me having to refund the orders that made it through, and eat the ~2% credit card fee charged by Shopify. I contacted support, who to their credit, responded pretty quickly. They asked for access to my site and made some code changes. Things seemed to be working for a little while but then today out of the blue our checkout button stopped working. I removed the Charge Me Later app, and restored my theme to how it was before their changes. Voila! my site is working once again. I have no idea how many sales I lost because of this.

The support from Ankit has been brilliant. Every question was answered quickly and issues resolved straight away. It does take a bit of trial and error to get fully setup but it works really well and is perfect for our wholesale customers. Highly recommend!

So far so good...support service was helpful when I had a question. Just installed it so cant give feedback yet for long term use. However, the tests have been great! There is some good functionality.

I use this app to help me with my pre-order since deferpay was no longer going to be working after July 2021 and it's been an amazing experience. The customer service has been absolutely outstanding!

May2023 update: trying to remove app and it breaks my checkout. CML team had to make customizations to get it to work right therefore removal is not working. Frustrating as many emails attempts were made to confirm uninstall would work. Needed special assistance from CML team to remove June 2022 UPDATE: you might need several customizations however they are very responsive.. ORIGINAL REVIEW: One of the only options in the App Store however beware that you will have an issue with customer notes not pushing to the CML order. CML has its own notes section later in the checkout process and and notes added in the native Shopify cart are lost. The team has a fix for this however you will need to ask them to implement the special code modifications for you and can be lost with any theme updates. The fix should not be custom code, it should be permanently fixed within their App however the team is very responsive at implementing the custom change. Ankit has helped get these issues resolved.
