Charge Me Later, Wholesale app

So far so good...support service was helpful when I had a question. Just installed it so cant give feedback yet for long term use. However, the tests have been great! There is some good functionality.

I use this app to help process advanced order and the support has been excellent in answering all of my technoidiot queries!

Does what is says and truly fantastic customer support which is hard to find these days. Charge Me Later, Wholesale app is a great way for giving pay later and wholesale pricing

The app works as expected and customer service is super responsive and solved some small issues in a blink of an eye!

I use this app to help me with my pre-order since deferpay was no longer going to be working after July 2021 and it's been an amazing experience. The customer service has been absolutely outstanding!

May2023 update: trying to remove app and it breaks my checkout. CML team had to make customizations to get it to work right therefore removal is not working. Frustrating as many emails attempts were made to confirm uninstall would work. Needed special assistance from CML team to remove June 2022 UPDATE: you might need several customizations however they are very responsive.. ORIGINAL REVIEW: One of the only options in the App Store however beware that you will have an issue with customer notes not pushing to the CML order. CML has its own notes section later in the checkout process and and notes added in the native Shopify cart are lost. The team has a fix for this however you will need to ask them to implement the special code modifications for you and can be lost with any theme updates. The fix should not be custom code, it should be permanently fixed within their App however the team is very responsive at implementing the custom change. Ankit has helped get these issues resolved.

This is exactly the app that I was looking for. The app works very smoothly. It allows the customer to place an order without having to pay. Plus all the order details are visible on the account page. This really helps. As the customers have all the details they need available to them on the account page. We wanted the ability for our franchise owners to be able to pay at a later date, and have the invoice added to their monthly statement. This app has helped us do just that! It wasn't working as expected at first, but their support team really stepped up and got it working exactly how we wanted it to. It cost a little extra because of the work their developers had to do, but the rates were very reasonable!

This app allows us to offer an invoice style payment method to select customers only. Ankit has been quick and helpful with any questions or tweaks that I needed for my store.

This deserves 5* for customer support. Ankit is very courteous and helpful. He was there from start to finish until I was satisfied with the installation. If you have an issue that cannot be fixed right away, they'll be happy to forward it to their development team.

The customer support for this app is greater than any customer support I have received for any other app in the past, and WAY better than the Shopify customer support. Plus the app works very nicely with a large array of product pricing with the Gold Plan. Was originally going to use three different apps to do the same thing that this one app does. We can now give certain customers specific price points with just a simple login with no product discount codes. On the note of codes one of the reasons why the customer service was so good was the fact that they were able to create a decent amount of custom code to get the app working the way we wanted it to work. Ankit rules, the amount of troubleshooting that needed to be done was quite a bit, but was extremely painless thanks to the quick responses and intelligence of this employee! Well done. Highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to give student discounts, wholesale prices, or a Pay Later feature.

This app is has been integral to our wholesale business to allow checkout without a credit card payment. The Charge Me Later support service team has been super great and helpful and very quick to respond always - highly recommend!

I've been using this app for almost a year and it's been working perfectly. I had a little issue yesterday with a setting and emailed support. Ankit helped me really quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. I'm very happy with the product and service :)
