My store has been open for almost 2.5 years without a single chargeback. One chargeback was submitted from a customer for product they received and returned past our return period...and sent to an address where I am NOT located. Not only did I submit full transcripts of conversations with this customer that occurred over a 2-week period, I also emailed a copy of our return policy, proof that the item was NOT sent to my location, they FAILED to include this documentation and sumitted a generic letter which wound up being rejected. Because of that, my store was removed from the Shop Pay app which is a HUGE referral business for my store. I wish I could SUE them.

Amazing app with an even better team! The app runs seamlessly in the background with very little to no attention needed by our team unless there is an issue with an order (which is what we wanted!). The Shipstation integration helps with fulfillment communication and keeps questionable orders from being shipped while they are under review by the Trouble Tracker Team. Overall - this app is great and we are very happy we switched to it!

We moved to Chargeback Resover from another "solution" that was no longer working for us. We have been VERY impressed with the hard work that the Trouble Tracker team has put in on our behalf and look forward to continuing to work with them. We would recommend this solution to anyone that deals with the inevitable fraudulent transactions that you encounter when doing business on the internet.
