My store has been open for almost 2.5 years without a single chargeback. One chargeback was submitted from a customer for product they received and returned past our return period...and sent to an address where I am NOT located. Not only did I submit full transcripts of conversations with this customer that occurred over a 2-week period, I also emailed a copy of our return policy, proof that the item was NOT sent to my location, they FAILED to include this documentation and sumitted a generic letter which wound up being rejected. Because of that, my store was removed from the Shop Pay app which is a HUGE referral business for my store. I wish I could SUE them.
