Chargeblast: Block Chargebacks

Just finished onboarding. I needed some extra help and chatted with Danica. She was amazing! Incredibly thorough and she got me all squared away.

Excellent experience with Chargeblast so far. The onboarding was smooth, support was very fast, and Russen was extremely helpful throughout the entire setup process. She answered all my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. The app gives great visibility into disputes and chargeback handling, and the integration with Shopify has been seamless. Highly recommend for any ecommerce brand looking to better manage chargebacks and disputes.

Spoke to Qi over on X, and he set me up with his lovely staff, Noura and Sheen., had a call with Noura, who was amazing and gave me good rates for the alerts. The service itself is very good, and the alerts catchment rate is far better than the previous provider i was with. Highly rated!

Super quick support on slack, if you have any questions they help straight away. Alerts until now work well. It is cheaper per alert and no ongoing subscribtion compared to other option we looked into it and it has a lot of useful integrations.

The alerts there work perfectly better than any other provider I've tried. The prices are the best there as well and their support team is great. Janry from their team made sure to ensure everything is working perfectly in a timely manner and I now can have a peace of mind that my payment processors will be fine. We love using Chargeblast for chargeback alerts! Great customer service, amazing prices.

We had been looking for a good tool like Chargeblast for a long time. They promised to bring our chargeback rate close to zero, and they delivered. What they do better than any other platform I've used: a) keep it simple - they alert us of chargebacks and make it easy to resolve them b) match the alerts to transactions in Shopify, with a list of potential matches if there's not a perfect match. this was a HUGE pain for the team when we were going direct with Verifi and Ethoca c) automate refunds and/or subscription cancellations (based on our own rules/criteria) Their team is super responsive, and for the most part the tool just runs in the background and we don't have to think about it - which is the goal. Glad we found them, and highly recommend to any business with significant chargeback volume.

I've tried multiple apps to protect me from chargebacks but this is by far the best one. The team is responsive and very helpful, and the app is super easy to use. Definitely a top app.
