I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The features are incredibly user-friendly, and they’ve helped optimize communication with my customers in ways I never expected. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, saving me so much time and effort. What really sets this app apart is the exceptional customer support. I had a few questions when I first set it up, and their team was quick to respond and even set up a meeting on a Saturday to help out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers’ success. I was using Tidio before and the customer service there is awful. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with Charla and the support. Damn, this app is awesome and the team listens to your requests. They are implementing features daily but even now it is awesome! Try it guys, it is more than just a chat app.
