I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The features are incredibly user-friendly, and they’ve helped optimize communication with my customers in ways I never expected. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, saving me so much time and effort. What really sets this app apart is the exceptional customer support. I had a few questions when I first set it up, and their team was quick to respond and even set up a meeting on a Saturday to help out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers’ success. I was using Tidio before and the customer service there is awful. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with Charla and the support. * Very versatile and complete chat / customer support / ticket-system app. * Support is very responsive. The team even added some features by request. * The price is insane. The free package is amazing and for a fractional price you can have the branding removed and unlimited agents. * The app is in active development and will get even more features over the time. All in all we can't say anything else but: If you are looking for a powerful yet easy and beautiful chat / customer support app, look no further. Charla will most likely fulfill all your needs and do it with style :)
