The app is really good and their product team is outstanding and very responsive. I had an issue with the language localization and their team introduced the new language I requested in about a week.

* Very versatile and complete chat / customer support / ticket-system app. * Support is very responsive. The team even added some features by request. * The price is insane. The free package is amazing and for a fractional price you can have the branding removed and unlimited agents. * The app is in active development and will get even more features over the time. All in all we can't say anything else but: If you are looking for a powerful yet easy and beautiful chat / customer support app, look no further. Charla will most likely fulfill all your needs and do it with style :)

Widget very customizable, their knowledge base widget helped me reduce the common questions i keep getting from visitors. Excellent customer service

Overall very cost effective solution compared to others on the markets. Includes pretty much everything from live chat, tickets, knowledge base and Messenger integration.

We have multiple online stores and the application allows us to group all incoming messages in one inbox. Simple and easy ui and packed with features.
