Accomplishes whats expected and more. Since we have been using the app its been very stable for all of our customer service operations. Automated notifications work well with the most success rate of all other apps I tried. Also, everytime I have an idea of how to improve our experience or user experience, they work diligently to fix or create the feature. Great customer experience so far! LETS DO AI AGENTS NEXT <3

Definitely the best app for automated whatsapp marketing. Their UI is very simple and easy to understand. The customer support is incredible. Always willing to understand your queries and provide you with the solution. The price is best in the market out there.

Good app. We have been using it for more than 6 months. Great for Abandoned Cart Recovery and COD Confirmation. We are still trying the marketing features of the app. The Support is extremely prompt and helpful, unlike other Shopify apps, they solve issues via proper Gmeet and enable timely work flow. Would highly recommend this app for D2C.

I have been using this app for over two months now. It is providing all the automation workflows like abandoned cart, cod confirmation, order confirmation, order fulfillment, follow up after purchase etc. Customer support is prompt and very effective. Abandoned cart was not working properly for me because of some third part checkouts, but support staff modified code for our store and it started working. Nice UI and also less costly w.r.t other apps. highly recommended.

I've tried quite a few WhatsApp integration apps for Shopify and CTX is by far the best I've used, and the most affordable too. The integration is seamless and makes managing customer orders a breeze, especially for COD. Whenever I've had a question, the support team has been responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a reliable way to integrate WhatsApp into your Shopify store and streamline your order processing, this app is an excellent choice. All in all, I highly recommend CTX!!!!

Hello I have been using their product from a while. Frankly speaking its good and responsive and solves the issue pretty well, also I would like to add these guys have a prompt customer support which has actually solved my doubts multiple times, so its a thumbs up from my end.
