Chaty is a truly great app. Helps you to react instantly to visitors to your on-line store. Thus, it helps to convert visitors to clients. It is equally useful for both: one-man-store and large on-line store with extended customer support team. I recommend Chaty for anyone who want to amplify the efficiency of their on-line store.

The style is quite good, the feedback and problem-solving are also very fast, and the experience is good. It mainly supports code injection, which solves a big problem for me. Other chat apps on Shopify do not have this feature.
