My store has big traffic and a low conversion rate (1%) I started thinking that giving more info to the customers from the one hand and invest more time in customer service will do the work. I downloaded chaty and I saw much more messages in my whatsapp account. thanks!

It works. It is simple and good looking. Provides even more comms channels than you would want to display. Just did not get how we consumed our free monthly quota so quickly.

I love this app, and that you can offer options to your customers of the best way for them to contact you! Plus the customer service was amazing when I ran into some issues with my traffic early on.
