I wanted to use Chaty to have more interface with my customers. After trying to install it (unable to due to my computer settings), I contacted Chaty directly. Gal quickly contacted me back and set it up for me momentarily. That’s some amazing service! I am using Instagram, Facebook messenger, SMS, and email as my channels. Chaty installed these with ease, it’s up and running like dream, I’m a happy customer!!!

Chaty is amazing! Currently I use it to connect my LINE chat to the website and also use it to target the chat widget for a specific country, and this is what I love about it! You can show chat channels for separate pages or based on country. In the future I'll also connect other chat platform like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Great solution to connect any chat channel to a store

If you don't want a messy look on your website than go for this app. Looks clear and you can choose to open multiple contact buttons upon hover. Easy set up and Gal has been very supportive with some custom questions. Nice icons as well!

Adorei o aplicativo. É muito útil e funciona sem limitações. Não tem nenhum anúncio atrapalhando a tela para o cliente. O máximo que vi foi o nome do aplicativo na parte debaixo da página, mas isso é algo irrelevante, pois o que incomoda qualquer um é anúncios. E funciona perfeitamente bem e faz o que promete. Estou com ele na minha loja e continuarei com ele!!! Recomendadíssimo!

aplication seems to work fine so far, still testing. for Viber I had to enter pnone number 4477.... instead of +4477....

This is the only app that incorporates all media on the one platform including unique customization. Great App. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend .

I installed the app today and I have very good first impressions of the app. It looks sleek and clean with lots of customization options. I like it that multiple communication channels can be added as the customer can choose however he/she gets in contact with the store. I hope this app will continue to work great onwards.

I use Chaty as a chat button solution for our available chat channels. By using this app I allow my clients to reach out via their favorite chat providers whether it's WhatsApp, Viber or any of the other available channels. ֿֿWell done
