I use the Chaty widget for WhatsApp on my online store.The effect is very good. It makes communication with customers more convenient and easier to close orders.

Just started using it and it seems to be working great! Customer support is on point and assisted me ASAP. I am using it for Email, Whatsapp, and Instagram DM's on my Shopify Store. I can add attention effects, delay when it shows up so it doesn't clutter the screen, and can even exclude it from certain pages. Only feature I wish we could add is allow the icon to be clicked and dragges around the screen
