I use the Chaty widget for WhatsApp on my online store and it works great. Customers contact me all the time through this very accessible chanel. Also, Chaty allows personalizing the WhatsApp widget design with your brand colors in the free version of the app. Really happy with it, I recommend it if you want your customers to contact you easily.

Amazing app. Very convenient, straightforward and easy to implement. The contact form feature is very useful too. Their support team is quick to respond to any queries too.
