Good app and great customer support. Also the only WhatsApp button app that's easily trackable with Google Analytics. Bit pricey, but worth it.

After looking through all the options, i zeroed on Chaty due to the many chat options if offers. Even after using it briefly, am amazed by robustness and the simple interface that makes it easier for even a lay person to connect several social media chat options. Looking forward to a good partnership with Chaty

Love this app! You can integrate a wide range of ways to communicate with your customers, and get notifications in real time right to your phone. Awesome customer service.

Excelente aplicación para WhatsApp. Se configura rápidamente y cuenta con un Dashboard que te da métricas generales tales como la cantidad de visitas, cantidad de clicks en tu enlace de chat y % de conversión. Es muy fácil de configurar tanto el estilo gráfico como el mensaje de bienvenida, diseño de tu botón, colores, etc. Por último y no menos importante: se integra perfectamente con Google Analytics 4, para que puedas medir los clicks en el botón de chat como eventos y conversiones.

The application is intuitive to set up and easy to use to make contact with customers. Support was also quick to reply and accurate, so problems were resolved quickly.

Preferirei un piano gratuito un po’ più ampio, dato che ci sono altre app gratuite che offrono questo servizio. Tutto sommato però l’app funziona bene, è sicura e mi piace anche il lato custom.

Super schnelle Einrichtung und Funktionsweise. Der kostenlose-Plan bietet sich eher für kleine Webseiten an, die wenig Traffic haben. Der Support ist super schnell und hilfreich.
