Being able to have all your orders in one place really makes a difference. I love the fact that I only have to go to one place to print all my labels. Also being able to edit my packing slip is awesome (HTML Knowledge Required). Not having to jump from site to site looking for orders really is nice. This integrates perfectly with my UPS account.

I used this software while I was an intern with a food company, we had ship station available to us which integrates all of our web orders in one stop and provide comparable shipping options between different Shipping partners.

Connects with all of the platforms out there. Orders come in automatically and can be quickly processed with keyboard shortcuts and integration with an inexpensive USB scale. Automation rules are powerful way to do pretty much anything in the tool.

I am one of several user of this product in my company. It provides easy integration with our Amazon store, and even has an app for my phone so I can see when orders come in and plan for shipping.

Ease of creating labels. Thumbnail image of each product in the order. Choice of carriers. ChinaDivision OrderFulfillment points out customers who placed orders shipping to same customer/address so I can bundle them together. Customer Support is amazing.

Fast and reliable, but pricey. I ordered some jeans from a company that ships from China. However, it's really expensive because I had to pay about 25 bucks to UPS for customs fees and then another 20 bucks to have them shipped from their warehouse in China to my warehouse in the U.S. The jeans did arrive perfectly, though.

Beware of China Division's VIP Service: A Nightmare of Delays and Incompetence. Our parcel, which was supposed to be a priority shipment, has been delayed for an astonishing three months. Despite the promises of expedited handling and superior service for VIP customers, the reality was far from what was advertised. After such an extended period, our shipment has gone missing, and China Division is refusing to take any responsibility, citing that the delay has exceeded their time of responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did we face an unreasonable delay, but the company’s refusal to address the issue or offer any compensation has left us in a frustrating and difficult position. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. What’s more, I suspect that many of the positive reviews about their service are fake. Based on our experience, it's hard to believe that these reviews reflect the true quality of their service. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using China Division’s services. The cost of their incompetence is high, and you may find yourself having to refund customers due to their poor handling and unresponsiveness. China Division’s VIP service has proven to be a costly and frustrating mistake. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable logistics provider.

Customer service is fantastic, and the app runs flawlessly. They can seamlessly coordinate with the warehouse system, even when not in use or needing to change SKUs. You know, keeping consistency in large warehouses with a lot of SKUs on the server is really challenging

ChinaDivision lost my products which cost a large sum of money. It took them months to investigate with which I got a reply “ the products were destroyed due to overdue fee’s “ My balance is still in the hundreds of USD Which is now going to mediation court hearing. Dishonest staff, no liability.

Why is this app back on Shopify?! This company is destroying businesses! We still have no answers for where our inventory disappeared to. This app should be removed! UPDATE: Even after having lost over $20,000 of our inventory they have been repeatedly asking us to "top up" our account, which we very reluctantly did because a new order came in. Well, 2 new problems now. We sent the money via PayPal with the link we used for years but now they won't accept it because it wasn't a "Friends and Family" transfer. They also won't return the money that was sent but said we need to contact PayPal. If it's not resolved today they will be reported for fraud. The second new problem is that they now lost more inventory! The new order that just came in was only for products that we were told are in inventory and not lost. Now they are saying some of this order is lost also. And now we are waiting again for an update. Shopify really should ban China Division and CN Storm from their platform. PayPal as well. --- China Division has destroyed our business. We have been stuck with them for years since getting our inventory out has been complicated. We found out this week that they have lost most of our inventory, worth tens of thousands of dollars, which means we are effectively out of business. I'm sure they will jump in the comments and say we aren't a client, which seems to be their way of dealing with angry customers. Our original rep Crystal was good to work with then we were moved to Chloe, who has been a real headache to deal with. We were recently moved to a new rep whose name I forget. In all fairness, I don't think the reps are the problem. This is a company rotten from the top down. I'll update the review if anything changes. Hopefully, they find our inventory, but we are being ghosted now. Oh, and the app is pretty much unusable. We have been having to upload orders manually in spreadsheets to fulfill orders.
