Chizy works perfectly and setup is super easy. The chatbot started answering product questions almost immediately and noticeably reduced our manual support workload. Also, special shoutout to Sophia — her support is truly excellent: fast, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Good support, simple app and it has a nice feature, you can integrate it against Shopify Inbox and use the mobile app to get notifications and follow up chats. I do wish more things could be customized in the app instead of having custom CSS and JS code.
