Chizy looks like a strong fit for Flight Snowsports because it acts like a 24/7 sales assistant while also reducing the need for manual customer support. For a seasonal snow retail business, customers often need quick answers around product sizing, goggles, outerwear, snow gear recommendations, shipping, returns and store open days. Having an AI chatbot trained on our products, pages and policies means customers can get instant help even when we are not online. The in-chat product recommendations and add-to-cart feature are especially useful, as they can help guide customers toward the right snow gear and reduce drop-offs before checkout. The ability to hand over to a real person through WhatsApp, phone or email is also important, as some customers still need human support before making a purchase. Overall, Chizy could be a valuable tool for Flight Snowsports by improving customer experience, answering questions faster, recovering missed sales opportunities and supporting the business around the clock.

Probably the best AI chatbot out there. It automatically learns from your pages/products and gives really good answers. Great way to help people decide which product to take and it can also give a size recommendation. Would 100% recommend!!
This app is worked very well,which has liberated us from the need to constantly monitor real-time updates.and the support team's service attitude is excellent; they can typically resolve any issues completely within three minutes. Highly recommended!
awesome app for regional business
I don't recommend it! The site takes 20 seconds longer to load on the mobile version, and the app puts a lot of strain on the site and doesn't work correctly. Test it on a different site than the live version, otherwise you could ruin your conversion rate.

On subsequent loads, cached resources significantly reduce loading time, which can create the impression that disabling an app improved performance. We are continuously working to optimize Chizy and would truly appreciate another opportunity to support your store.
