I can say it’s the best AI chatbot app on the App Store right now. As long as they don’t charge an exorbitant price when they switch to the paid version, I’ll definitely keep using it.

The chatbot was easy to train and Jade from support was very helpful. They even give you suggestions on how to improve customer experience when using the chat. They fixed everything for me! It took me a while to choose which AI chatbot to go with and I'm glad I chose Chizy.

so far so good.. wanted a simple option to help customers find info they need. Working on training it up properly to get it to spit out the info I want it to. Already better than the last one I tried and think it will be great with a bit of tweaking.

Dit is echt een goede oplossing als je opzoek bent naar een proffesionele ai chatbot. Je kunt de ai goed trainen door de benodige informatie te voeden. Aanpassingen zijn gemakkelijk te maken. Grootste plusplunt is de support die Chizy heeft, wij hadden wat vragen en die werden binnen minuten opgelost, echt top!

I installed Chizy to add an AI sales assistant to my store. The setup was smooth, and the integration with Shopify Inbox works perfectly — customers get instant AI replies, and when they need a real person, the conversation transfers directly to my Inbox. A huge thank you to Jade from the support team. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and guided me through every step — from hiding duplicate chat bubbles to optimizing the mobile cart experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to automate customer support without losing the personal touch

Great app with excellent support. Jade was super helpful — noticed a CSS conflict with my theme causing the chat input to turn black on hover, and offered to fix it with custom code. Quick response time and clear communication. Appreciate the hands-on onboarding.

LOVE this app! I want to create trust mechanisms in my store throughout the experience. The app set-up took 5 minutes, and it is perfect! If I have any question at all, Jade has been there to take it on. What is great about Jade, not only does she answer my questions, but she also thinks about the next 5 steps ahead. The best AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, most customers cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.

I have probably tested 10 AI chatbots, and by far this one's the best for our business. I like the ability to add common customer questions so the AI can answer as many as possible. It's actually done a very good job of pulling information from our website and from the information we already have out there. We would like to see them add Facebook and Instagram.
