awesome app for regional business
I don't recommend it! The site takes 20 seconds longer to load on the mobile version, and the app puts a lot of strain on the site and doesn't work correctly. Test it on a different site than the live version, otherwise you could ruin your conversion rate.
Hi there, Following up on our earlier discussion, we tried reaching you by email but haven’t received a response yet. We’ve conducted a detailed review of your store’s performance and would like to share our findings with you. First of all, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the performance concerns. We fully understand how important site speed is for customer experience. After carefully analyzing the data, it appears that the Chizy app is not the main factor affecting your store’s performance. Regarding the observation that “loading speed reduced by 20 seconds after disabling Chizy,” this is likely related to browser caching. On the first load, resources (including Chizy) are not cached, so it takes longer. On subsequent loads, cached resources significantly reduce loading time, which can create the impression that disabling an app improved performance. We are continuously working to optimize Chizy and would truly appreciate another opportunity to support your store. If you’re open to trying Chizy again, we will surely re-evaluate performance together and ensure it’s optimized as much as possible for your setup. I've used Clarity and other chat agents and not been very impressed with them. This one however learns your products, has the ability to have additional knowledge added, and fully customizable. Combine that with the factor that it was easy to setup in under 10 minutes it was a life changer. Thankyou Chizy from the Paddle and Pour Team!

Amazing app...and it's free. I was using another chat app, but got curious about AI apps and this is great. It scans your website and prepares itself with all the knowledge. You can also add more knowledge as you go, for things that may not be on your website. We have a 'real' store also and hold workshops there so some people may have questions about that so I found it really helpful that I can add my own information to be processed by the AI when replying to customers. 10/10 from me.
Great app for a simple AI chatbot. Setup was incredibly easy and only took a couple of minutes. The best part is the amazing support, Jade went above and beyond to help me improve the customer experience in our store. Highly recommended, 5/5.
We’ve tested several AI chatbot solutions for our store, and has honestly been one of the best support experiences we’ve had with any Shopify app. What impressed us most is not only the chatbot itself, but the team behind it. They are incredibly responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely committed to improving the product based on merchant needs. During our setup, we shared advanced use cases related to our customer service workflow with , Click & Collect order statuses, AI knowledge training, and cart/theme integration. The Chizy team listened carefully, escalated technical issues quickly, and fixed important functionality on our store, including cart refresh issues and order fulfillment status interpretation, in a very short time. What really stands out is that they don’t just provide standard support replies, they actually collaborate with you to make the product better. They took our technical suggestions seriously, reviewed Shopify GraphQL logic we shared, and implemented fixes that made the chatbot much more accurate for our business. The app has huge potential, and if they continue at this pace, it can become one of the strongest AI customer service tools in the Shopify ecosystem. Highly recommended, especially for merchants looking for a team that truly listens, acts fast, and keeps improving. 5 stars from us.

Jade was incredibly helpful! The Shopify Inbox integration didn’t work very well at first, but it somehow started working after she reached out to the tech team. Hopefully it stays stable moving forward. Still, 5 stars for the excellent customer service and the generous, powerful app!
We are genuinely impressed with Chizy AI Chatbot. Even within the first 1–2 hours of using the app, it became clear that this is one of the most promising chatbot solutions we have seen on Shopify. The setup is intuitive, the chatbot performs remarkably well, and the overall quality already feels very advanced. What impressed us most is how much potential this app has, especially if deeper shop learning, third-party app recognition, tracking intelligence, and return-related features continue to be expanded. For us, this is not just a useful support tool, but something that can genuinely improve customer experience and reduce workload at the same time. That combination is incredibly valuable. The team also seems very engaged and open to feedback, which makes a huge difference. If Chizy continues developing in this direction, it has the potential to become one of the very best chatbot solutions available on Shopify. Highly recommended.
