We’ve had a very positive experience with Chizy while preparing our Shopify store for launch. The chatbot has performed well in our tests, and the support team has been responsive and helpful. They even customized the agent name to match our store’s language, so it now works across Slovenian, English, German and Croatian. Excellent support and a great experience so far!
Great chatbot. The bot understood the website without requiring a tedious information-dumping ritual, which is frankly the bare minimum we should expect from technology in this century. Jade was incredibly helpful throughout the setup process, assisting us with the customisation needed to ensure the final experience was properly aligned with our brand. The level of support, attention to detail, and flexibility has been outstanding. An all-round impressive experience.
