We’ve tested several AI chatbot solutions for our store, and has honestly been one of the best support experiences we’ve had with any Shopify app. What impressed us most is not only the chatbot itself, but the team behind it. They are incredibly responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely committed to improving the product based on merchant needs. During our setup, we shared advanced use cases related to our customer service workflow with , Click & Collect order statuses, AI knowledge training, and cart/theme integration. The Chizy team listened carefully, escalated technical issues quickly, and fixed important functionality on our store, including cart refresh issues and order fulfillment status interpretation, in a very short time. What really stands out is that they don’t just provide standard support replies, they actually collaborate with you to make the product better. They took our technical suggestions seriously, reviewed Shopify GraphQL logic we shared, and implemented fixes that made the chatbot much more accurate for our business. The app has huge potential, and if they continue at this pace, it can become one of the strongest AI customer service tools in the Shopify ecosystem. This a true AI chat app that I will pay for, but it is free. I want to buy you guys some coffees. I feel so guilty using such a great app at no cost.

We are genuinely impressed with Chizy AI Chatbot. Even within the first 1–2 hours of using the app, it became clear that this is one of the most promising chatbot solutions we have seen on Shopify. The setup is intuitive, the chatbot performs remarkably well, and the overall quality already feels very advanced. What impressed us most is how much potential this app has, especially if deeper shop learning, third-party app recognition, tracking intelligence, and return-related features continue to be expanded. I can say it’s the best AI chatbot app on the App Store right now. As long as they don’t charge an exorbitant price when they switch to the paid version, I’ll definitely keep using it.

The chatbot was easy to train and Jade from support was very helpful. They even give you suggestions on how to improve customer experience when using the chat. They fixed everything for me! It took me a while to choose which AI chatbot to go with and I'm glad I chose Chizy.

so far so good.. wanted a simple option to help customers find info they need. Working on training it up properly to get it to spit out the info I want it to. Already better than the last one I tried and think it will be great with a bit of tweaking.

The setup was smooth, and the integration with Shopify Inbox works perfectly — customers get instant AI replies, and when they need a real person, the conversation transfers directly to my Inbox. A huge thank you to Jade from the support team. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and guided me through every step — from hiding duplicate chat bubbles to optimizing the mobile cart experience. Great app with excellent support. Jade was super helpful — noticed a CSS conflict with my theme causing the chat input to turn black on hover, and offered to fix it with custom code. Quick response time and clear communication. Appreciate the hands-on onboarding.
