The Next Pair review for Cin7 Omni

Terrible customer service. Look for another provider. Just like other reviewers, we've waited weeks or months for a simple response, some of them being critical. Furthermore, we've had to look at alternative solutions for 3PL implementation, and we were still charged for the implementation fee, despite cancelling the deployment after 3 months of waiting. Looking for a refund now, which no one, CS or accounts have responded to as of yet. Look elsewhere.
