Cited is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants see if AI recommends their store and provides fixes in one click. It runs buyer questions through real AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to score whether the store is cited and who beats them. It also generates FAQs and FAQPage schema based on the answers and publishes them to the storefront without any coding or developer involvement. Users can track their score as it improves.
