Excellent app for wholesale businesses. A few small adjustments were needed to tailor it to my needs, but the team was quick to assist and made the process seamless. Very pleased with the experience overall!

I’ve had a great experience using this app so far. The team is very responsive and truly listens to feedback, which makes a big difference. They continuously improve the app and regularly release updates with useful new features. What I appreciate most is how practical and merchant-focused the features are compared to other apps I’ve tried. It’s simple to use, efficient, and clearly built with real store needs in mind. I’m looking forward to future updates and would definitely recommend this app to other merchants.

We really love this app — it perfectly meets our needs. The text can be customized freely, which makes it very flexible. We’re especially excited that a multi-language form will be released soon. The customer service is also very nice. Highly recommended!

This app is amazing for merchants who are looking to improve their wholesale processes. The way I would handle wholesale prior was very inconvenient, so an easy to implement app was just what I was looking for. I had some issues with the configuration, and the owner of the app was able to hop on a chat and video share with me and very patiently walked me through the process. He has a customer for life!

We use Clay to manage different wholesale prices for customers across various European countries, handled via specific customer tiers and multiple currencies. While there are other solutions on the market, Clay stands out because of its clean, intuitive interface and the caliber of its team. The app handles the complex details of regional pricing and multi-currency logic very smoothly. It’s clear the developers have put a lot of thought into the small details that make the workflow feel professional and reliable at scale. The support, however, is what really sets them apart. Shubham is a genuine, amazing person who was able to quickly address our specific issues. He is incredibly reactive and optimistic, which gives me great confidence in the product's future. If you are looking for a robust tool that is easy to navigate and backed by a team that actually cares about your success, Clay is a fantastic choice.

This app is so amazing! I love that it has so much features and you are able to move up multiple subscriptions based off of what you need or want. It doesn't jump from $0 to $70 but instead offers multiple in between subscription levels. I was able to move up levels as I was ready and didn't feel overwhelmed with the price because I saw how amazing the app was with each step of the way. The best part is the customer service. The representative I had was SOOOO helpful. He did everything I asked. Even when something couldn't be done exactly how I wanted, he did an amazing job to help me find alternatives.

In searching for an ideal wholesale app, we tested and reviewed dozens of alternatives. Bottom line: this was not only the most feature rich, but it was simple to understand and execute. We did have some integration issues, but the team that works behind the scenes here is nothing short of incredible. They were responsive, helpful, insightful, and they helped solve the issues we had. I added this app to my store after trying to find many ways to make my site professionals only. This app made the process so much easier. Literally hours worth of work turned into minutes. I had some questions about how to make my form visible in a specific place and I was responded to almost immediately. Shubham was able to access my store and get everything situated for me and did it very quickly. I highly recommend this app for easy and effective solutions to your professional site needs!

Before finding CLAY, our wholesale process was a fragmented mess. We were juggling three different apps just to keep things running. When we decided to customize shipping specifically for our wholesale clients, we realized we’d need a fourth app. That was the breaking point—we knew there had to be a smarter way to work. Highly highly recommend the Clay app. I've spent months comparing wholesale app plan functionality and am so excited to have found the perfect one that offers everything I need. We NEVER write app reviews but the INCREDIBLE support team alone for this app is earned it The knowledge centre and videos made the setup very straightforward, but we had an issue getting the wholesale pricer app to embed and show the discounted pricing on our site. We used the instant msg feature and quickly got in touch with Shubham who patiently walked us through it and got it working in just minutes! The registration form is very easy to set up, but also has lots of customizable aspects which are great for any and all business types. Allowing you to segment customer groups is also a great option. We love the flexibility of the pricing rules, allowing you to customize multiple aspects of how your customers see pricing on the site such as price or quantity discounts for any combination of product selection. It's just an awesome app for any business that either wants to do both retail and wholesale on the same shopify site, or like us, utilize it for a standalone wholesale site. Highly recommend over all of the other B2B apps we've tried.

This app is fairly easy to navigate. If I ever have a question they are very quick to respond, and always eager to help. I am grateful to have found them. If you are just starting out and don't have many wholesale accounts, they offer it for free. Once you get more business they do have options for you to upgrade. Very worth the time and money!

We have used many different apps for integration with Shopify - however, this cannot be understated - the service level from the team at Clay B2B Wholesale is the best we have ever received. The app itself is very clear, easy to navigate, and effective for establishing a b2b option on our B2C focused website. The app has an easy to setup registration form for your customers, where once they submit, you can approve/reject (as well as have them attach a resale certificate). Simple rules in the app easily integrate with shopify, and we successfully setup pricing, MOQ, and shipping rules based on customer-type (tagging) in shopify. Again, the service level here stands apart. If an issue or question came up, we have immediate response back in the app, and even quick google chats where the Clay team helped us with best practices not just in their app, but also how we can better use shopify to create a checkout experience for our customers. We are very pleased with the technical and support teams with Clay B2B. Highly, highly recommend.

Clay B2B Wholesale Pricing is very easy to use and integrates smoothly with Shopify. We contacted their support team to help us get our trade pricing to display correctly on our website, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue right away. Their support is fast, professional, and they really know the platform. If you need a reliable app for managing B2B or trade pricing, this is a great choice. Highly recommended.
