Fast and great help

We've had a great experience with Clay as we've built out our B2B trade program on Shopify. The automatic customer approval workflows, trade pricing, and account management have helped us create a much more professional experience for our trade customers. The platform is intuitive and has allowed us to automate what would otherwise be a very manual process. During our implementation, we did run into a storefront compatibility issue with our Shopify theme. While that was frustrating initially, the Clay team was transparent about the root cause, kept us informed throughout the process, and worked directly with their engineering team to develop a solution. Once the fix was deployed, our trade pricing displayed correctly across collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout. What stood out most wasn't that everything worked perfectly from day one—it's that the team took ownership of the issue and followed through until it was resolved. Great app and, above all, outstanding support! We're running a custom theme where the B2B prices weren't showing up at first.
