Shubham has been amazing and incredibly responsive. We wanted to implement Shopify B2B, but couldn’t get wholesale pricing to display exclusively for our B2B customers. He helped us set up his app seamlessly and even added custom features, such as PO# and notes in the cart, as well as a Net 30 option at checkout. Anytime I reached out, he responded immediately, and we even jumped on a Zoom call so he could address all my concerns in real time. I highly recommend this app!

Clay is an excellent B2B wholesale pricing app for Shopify. It’s incredibly easy to use and offers all the features you need at a fraction of the cost compared to other apps on the market. What really stands out is the support, Shubham is very responsive and quick to help if anything doesn’t work as expected, and he’s also open to handling special requests. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable wholesale solution!

First, the app is great! It seamlessly adds wholesale capabilities to your Shopify storefront without the fees you would have to otherwise pay. Also the cost (very reasonable monthly expense instead of 15% of every order) is much lower than what we have to pay with Faire, we get much more ability to adapt to our own needs, and the functionality is all simple and straightforward. But the real benefit is how easy it is thanks to the short videos and the great customer service. Whenever I have not been able to figure something out, they are very quick to help. I would definitely recommend this app to any storefront selling DTC and B2B. It is really helpful.

Subham ha estado conmigo en línea hasta que hemos arreglado los tres problemas que he tenido. La sincronización de Shopify con ellos no es inmediata y eso me preocupaba mucho porque no veía el cambio de precios al momento. He contactado con el equipo y en menos de dos minutos se ha conectado una persona y no un robot. Me lo han arreglado al momento. Si te pones en contacto con ellos desde el ordenador tienen conectada la traducción automática y parece que estén hablando el mismo idioma que tú. No pasa lo mismo desde la App. He pedido si me podían actualizar el formulario al español y lo han hecho al momento. Les pongo 5 estrellas porque no puedo ponerles 10 !!! Y todo esto desde el plan gratuito. Cuando necesite alguna cosa más seguro que actualizaré el plan a uno mejor. Muchas gracias por todo

The customer support for this app is wonderful! They are very responsive and they jumped on google meet call whenever I had issues that couldn't be addressed over email or on a phone call.
