I do understand the time waiting when it comes to business. I had an issue with my wholesale allowing my subscription to combine. Even though I had to wait for a minute to get this fix, it was done and in as timely as could be. I appreciate the urgency with only having two individuals working on the app. I am glad all has been corrected and want to thank the people of Clay B2B Wholesale for taking care of this for me.

I have tried many different B2B apps for my Shopify store, but none of them worked well for my business needs. After watching a video about Clay B2B, I decided to give it a try, especially since they offer a free version to test the platform. I’m very impressed with the app. It works smoothly, is easy to use, and the overall setup process was seamless. The B2B form configuration is excellent and makes it very convenient for my customers to upload documents quickly and efficiently on my Shopify store. I also had a couple of issues during setup, but the support team was extremely helpful. Shubham handled everything promptly and provided outstanding support throughout the process. Overall, my experience with Clay B2B has been excellent, and it has become a valuable addition to my Shopify store. Because of the great experience and reliable performance, I am also planning to install it on my second Shopify store as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and user-friendly B2B solution for Shopify.

I'm so happy with this app and their amazing support! it exceeded all of our expectations and all questions we have had so far got resolved by the super fast support immediately. we wanted to have special wholesale prices for our wholesale clients and have a lot of special prices and the app is super easy and customizable to our needs. BEST WHOLESALE APP! We where searching for a b2b wholesale app, with some costum features, and the Clay app and the support from them is outstanding. Today everything runs smooth, and if there is any problem they respond extremely quick. Very pleased with the choice we made. / Mads - Autoglow.dk

I had no clue how to set everything up and the team were soooo patient helping me ...ok who am I kidding... doing the set up for me. Having a wholesale log in portal that is working means I don't have to chase smaller customers to pay me - they just pay for product and then it is shipped. Good after service really helps.

You are able to distinguish shipping policies between B2B and B2C, and they are able to process payments with ease. It is an easy checkout for everyone.
