We wanted to set wholesale prices for individual SKUs and we compared most of the top rated wholesale apps in shopify app store. We found clay to be the most suited app. Not only did they have the feature we wanted but also their support was top notch. We highly recommend Clay to stores who wish to setup their wholesale store.

This app so far does everything that I need - offers discounted prices to trade customers. It allowed me to set different discounts for different products and design a trade registration form as needed. At first, it was showing the cheapest price for each product in the collection view, whereas I needed it to show the full product price. The team completed this for me quickly on request. I also needed the discounted price to show in the quick look window, which didn't happen by default but they also did this promptly on request. Great service and app. Thank you.

I'm in the beginning phases of setting up this app on my website, and the customer service team is amazing and very diligent about making sure all my questions are answered. So far, the app is easy to set up and makes sense in all the ways a wholesale orders would need it to work. It's not too intimidating and doesn't include unnecessary and confusing functions for a small business. It also makes it easy for me to make quick changes when I need to.

Excellent app for wholesale management. The standout feature for me is the SKU-based pricing template, which makes it incredibly easy to set custom B2B prices for specific items in bulk. It’s faster and more reliable than the competition. The developers are very responsive and truly care about their users' feedback. 5 stars!

Been using the app for a couple months now and love the fact that I can offer different shipping options to my retail and wholesale customers. The wholesale pricing table also works great on all my product pages as well and allows me to group my customers into various tiers. The team has been super helpful with any questions I have and is always super quick to reply! Would definitely recommend to any ecommerce seller that does B2B and DTC

Excellent app with outstanding support! We needed a B2B pricing solution for our wholesale customers and Clay B2B has been perfect for our needs. The app is free, easy to set up, and works flawlessly with customer tags to apply different pricing tiers. When we encountered a compatibility issue with our Trade theme, Shubham from the support team responded incredibly fast - within minutes! He requested collaborator access, identified the problem immediately, and fixed it right away. The whole issue was resolved in less than an hour. The discount now works perfectly on our collections page, cart, and checkout. For a free app, the quality and support are exceptional. This app was very user friendly! They have made videos that help you every step of the way! I had only one question and they answered very promptly and my issue was resolved and my website is up and running! I am very happy! I am not very tech savvy and I cant believe I did it!! Shubham was awesome to work with. This app has allowed us to provide dealer pricing. When I needed help, I reached out, and I got an email response right away. Shubham hopped on a video call to walk me through what I was missing (on New Year's Eve, no less). His customer service was excellent, and the app is exactly what we were looking for to provide our dealers with dealer pricing. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

This app was perfect for expanding my business to include brick and mortar retail sales. The process of enabling B2B Customers, setting up discounting models and then applying them was streamlined and efficient with a very good amount of flexibility. The resulting user experience for my new wholesale customers is terrific as well. I set the whole thing up in only about 90 minutes. Finally, when I encountered a minor issue (user error), the team was immediately available to help me resolve it!
