An Excellent App and Incredible Support! I've been using the Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing app for a couple of months now and I'm really impressed. The setup was straightforward, and I found it easy to customise the wholesale form to match my branding. I also love that you can tailor the confirmation and approval emails — adding brand colours and images so everything looks great. When I ran into an issue with wholesale pricing not displaying correctly on my site, I reached out for support and was so pleased to speak with a real person, not a bot! Shubham was incredibly patient, helpful, and got everything sorted quickly. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing there’s a reliable support team behind the app. I’ve just approved my first wholesale request and I’m so excited to start taking orders. I feel confident knowing that if I ever need help again, the team at Clay will be there to support me. Highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to offer wholesale pricing on Shopify!

We have been using a certain B2B Wholesale application for years which recently stopped working with our store. The company BOLDly stated that they would no longer support us as we were using 3rd party applications in our store. So began the search for an alternative, and are we glad we found CLAY. The application is rather new at the time of writing this review, but it already has many important features. We were shown a roadmap of future updates which will make this product even better. It's also priced rather well indeed, which is always a plus. The biggest compliment we can give, however, is how the team helped us getting the application to work. They worked on getting a compatibility issue resolved with our product attribute search & filter app (Globo), and they were available in live chats and google meets. This is the single best interaction we have had with any Shopify application developer in more than four years and 20 stores of using Shopify.

After trying every wholesale app out there, we couldn't be happier with Clay. As a small business based in Melbourne, Australia, we needed a wholesale solution that made ordering easy for our retailers, allowed us to apply tax correctly for Australian clients, create and customise templates and the Clay team even helped us integrate a second app. Sid and Shubham went above and beyond—taking the time to support us over phone calls and Zoom meetings. No issue was ever too big or too small. They are truly some of the kindest and most dedicated people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and their commitment to their app shines through in everything they do. I was honestly close to giving up on setting up our own wholesale system until Sid and Shubham came along. Once you’re set up, if your business has a specific need that isn’t yet in the app, I can guarantee these two will find a way to make it work. I am beyond grateful for their support.

This app has made it really easy for me to add wholesale pricing to my Shopify store. It looks extremely professional in my shopify product pages, cart and checkout pages. It was exactly what i was looking for to support my business. The support received from the team at Clay via chat was prompt and really helpful. Documentation and video instructions are clear and straightforward. The settings for pricing and display are very quick and easy to set up. I would highly recommend this app for B2B wholesale pricing.

I downloaded Clay to launch my B2B store, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. There were so many options out there, but I chose Clay — and I’m so glad I did. Their customer service is truly next-level. They've responded to every request with lightning speed, clarity, and so much patience. The professionalism, dedication, and work ethic of the team have honestly left me speechless. They go above and beyond — and it shows. Absolute legends. 1000% recommended!

Une belle découverte !! J'aurais aimé avoir une application comme ça il y a 10 ans sur ma première boutique en ligne !! Je vais assurément l'installer maintenant et facilité le processus de commande en ligne pour les boutiques qui vendent mes produits. What a great find!! I wish I had an app like this 10 years ago on my first online store!! I will definitely install it now and make the online ordering process easier for the stores that sell my products.

If I could give the app more stars, I would! Fantastic customer support that’s more responsive than you could ever hope for. They took our unique platform and made all the necessary changes on the back end to make it all work seamlessly. On top of that, they are a pleasure to talk to! I wish them all the success in their endeavors. It’s hard to find support in the world of apps — and we tried a bunch! This simply cannot be beaten.

I wish I could give 10-starts to Clay Commerce. First of all, their product works perfectly on all levels of my retail/wholesale website. But I cannot tell you how impressed I was by their personalized customer support... and I'm only using the FREE version. They really care about your success. On a video support call, I learned more about Shopify, wholesaling, and how to get the site presentation I need than in days of studying & trying other apps/solutions. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

We have tested and used approx x6 different B2B Wholesale pricing apps, and all have come with limitations and errors, costing our team tons of hours of invoice fixing and headaches. Clay B2B has been a breath of fresh air. Their support team has went above and beyond to ensure their app functions properly and honestly provided the best App support we have encountered after 8 years on shopify. We highly recommend this app.

We were looking for an affordable app, which could work on our own website so we could use other Product Option Apps at the same time, and this app is perfect! We love the sign up form for our wholesalers and the easy pricing integration. Shubham and the other co-founder have been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. Thank you!

This app is very easy to setup and meets most of our needs. What’s even better is that it’s completely free! The customer support team responds quickly and is always friendly.
