We've been using the app for a while now and are delighted with it. It greatly helped us centralize our operations and separate customers by market. The app is very simple to use, even for large stores with many items. Customer service is fast and effective, and the tutorials make administration super easy.

We have just completed the set-up of this app and are registering our wholesale customers. The set-up was intuitive and easy to do. We encountered one small issue and contacted the developer. The response was immediate and absolutely fantastic. Shubham took the time to explain the issue in a call and advised how we could resolve the matter. This app was just what we needed for our store. For the past 2 years, our company has been on Shopify Plus primarily for built-in B2B features. It has been a pain. It was over-engineered and forces you to use New Customer Accounts which have a completely separate account portal with no ability to customize the pages. The folks at Clay: B2B offer a great solution. We have a wide range of customers with specific pricing needs. They offer the ability to set automatic discounts per customer (% off or $ off) or manual price list with a spreadsheet upload. We utilize all three and it works great for our purposes. Also, it only takes up 1 of 25 active automatic discounts Shopify allows. They are also incredibly responsive and listen to their customers. I had requested for the ability to sort Customer Groups by name and they implemented the feature within a week. Huge props. Thanks to Clay: B2B, we are downgrading our Shopify Plus plan to Advanced which will save $26,000 / year. I highly recommend Clay: B2B.

This app has allowed us to create a dual retail/website store without the crazy Shopify price tag. So far it is looking very promising, but will update this review when we have everything up and running. One thing I will say, it has been very simple to set up! When I had to reach out to check some settings/features, response from the creators was almost instant and they were incredibly helpful. Thank you for creating such an easy to use app!

The app works perfectly and is very easy to use. Whenever I need technical support, the team is always there to help. Just now I had an issue, and through the live chat they solved my problem in less than 2 minutes – incredibly fast and professional. We have only tested it in-house but the app seems to working well for us so far. There were a couple of features we were looking for (order minimums and removing the free shipping option for wholesale customers) that they said they are currently working on and will have ready very soon. They suggested options for what to do in the meantime. Once these features are available I think this app will have everything we are looking for. It was fairly easy to get everything set up. The customer service is excellent. The response was immediate and very thorough and friendly.

I use this app to automatically apply discount codes in checkout based on customer tags. It does a great job of that--better than any other app I've tried. I have multiple different pricings, and Clay is very customizable and can handle it. The customer support is phenomenal. I've always had fast responses. I once reached out with a custom request, and support was able to add it to my account. I highly recommend.

This app, and the team behind it, is the real deal. I don´t normally write reviews, but Shubham is next level. He might not know all the answers to Your questions, if it is something beyond what the app can do out of the box, but rest assured he will figure it out, and fix it / add it. I thought all the 5 star ratings were gathered the pushy way, by asking for a review as soon as I had tried the app. He didn´t even ask me to write this. :-) Great job Shubham. The app is great. It does exactly what we need and even our test customers are happy.

I initially was worried about the possible complexity of installing an app like this and updating my website for trade account registration and pricing. However, once this app was installed, I found the numerous video tutorials provided clear instructions for every step, which was very helpful. For any app that requires personalization, reaching out to customer support is necessary, and I did just that. I was impressed by their customer support; I received immediate, clear, and efficient assistance for every question I had. Navigating the app is straightforward, and it appears well-designed, offering all the customization options I wanted, including customer messaging throughout. Everything looks professional and polished. We highly recommend this app, as we are currently using it for our trade accounts.

BEST APP EVER !! They saved us in a very critical situation Their customer support from CEO to DEVELOPERS really creative and open to listen and enhance their service this is maybe the only app which will let you upload a list of prices with ( VARIAND ID - not SKU ) as a primary key so we had an offline clearance and we wanted to give speical prices for people who visit our showroom the app in 1 click allow me to apply these special prices to very long orders doing it manually would make a lot of mistakes and wrong calcs . so you dont put a flat discount 5% or 10% you are putting special pricing for each item and the app will apply things automatically for you They updated their app to help me achieve the perfect solution no words can describe them specially the CEO he is looking for enhancments not like other shopify apps which tells u ( we will look into this ) and maybe years later do it .. ..
