Highly recommend this app! We've recently migrated all our price lists to this platform instead of using product variables, and it's been a game-changer. The support team has been incredibly responsive, addressing every question and resolving any product-related issues quickly and efficiently, even if the issue has not been with the app but shopify.

I love this app. Easy to use and setup. I tried other apps on the market and they were all outrageously expensive and hard to figure out for small business. Friendly customer service as well.

The app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive! I was impressed by how smoothly everything works. Whenever I had a question or ran into a problem, Siddhesh from customer service was absolutely amazing—super quick to respond and always offering clear, effective solutions. The Q&A section is packed with helpful videos that made everything even easier to understand. Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommended!

Clay: B2B Wholesale – The Best App for Managing Wholesale Orders After trying over 7 different apps to manage our wholesale orders, I can confidently say that Clay: B2B Wholesale stands out as the best – especially when it comes to value for money. The interface is super simple, user-friendly, and a pleasure to use. What really makes the difference is the incredible support team. They’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful (whatever it is by email or live message --- I'm not sure when they sleep ahaha). We worked together on a few key improvements, like multi-currency support, and now everything runs smoothly whether the order comes from our dealers in the US, Canada, or even Australia. The customizable b2b registration form is another major highlight – clean, flexible, and easy to tailor to our brand. This form can be also translated. You just need to create a second one using the same style, but with your translation. Once done, use the code tfor the translated one and add it in your translation application. Easy peasy!!! So glad we finally found a reliable solution to handle our B2B orders. Highly recommend this app to any business looking for a powerful wholesale tool.

This app is awesome! I was looking for a wholesale solution and after trying MANY of them, Clay B2B is by far the best for my needs. Setup is simple and intuitive and allowed me to quickly make a wholesale side of my shop. Highly recommend!

When the product first came out, it was very basic. Over time, it has started to provide more detailed service. Now it meets almost all of my b2b needs. Bonus: When you get in touch, you get very fast support and they immediately take your suggestions into consideration and find solutions. Definitely worth it.

Top quality app & support from Shubham was amazing for set up. Had a tight turnaround time which he met. A complicated set up with markets & different pricing tiers was vital to us which this could do that we have struggled with other apps. Would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to for B2B through shopify.

What an incredible app! It's very intuitive, easy to follow, perfect instructions and the developer is always on hand for questions. I love the approval process and customer tagging for the pricing assignments. It's completely versatile for percentage discounts at whatever prices breaks are needed. I had to set a specific configuration for a different country so my customer from that country could see the quantity pricing breaks. The developer walked me through the whole process over a google meet screenshare. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. Amazing! This is now my goto B2B system.

AMAZING App! We probably trialed over a dozen different wholesale apps so far, and this one is by far the best with the easy interface, features and pricing. The best thing about this app is that the team is willing to help customize and add features that we need. They're super QUICK with customizations - we have one customization which was completed within 10 hours. We were able to talk to the team during our day time, which is midnight their time. Loved how accessible the team is.

An Excellent App and Incredible Support! I've been using the Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing app for a couple of months now and I'm really impressed. The setup was straightforward, and I found it easy to customise the wholesale form to match my branding. I also love that you can tailor the confirmation and approval emails — adding brand colours and images so everything looks great. When I ran into an issue with wholesale pricing not displaying correctly on my site, I reached out for support and was so pleased to speak with a real person, not a bot! Shubham was incredibly patient, helpful, and got everything sorted quickly. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing there’s a reliable support team behind the app. I’ve just approved my first wholesale request and I’m so excited to start taking orders. We have been using a certain B2B Wholesale application for years which recently stopped working with our store. The company BOLDly stated that they would no longer support us as we were using 3rd party applications in our store. So began the search for an alternative, and are we glad we found CLAY. The application is rather new at the time of writing this review, but it already has many important features. We were shown a roadmap of future updates which will make this product even better. It's also priced rather well indeed, which is always a plus. The biggest compliment we can give, however, is how the team helped us getting the application to work. They worked on getting a compatibility issue resolved with our product attribute search & filter app (Globo), and they were available in live chats and google meets. This is the single best interaction we have had with any Shopify application developer in more than four years and 20 stores of using Shopify.

After trying every wholesale app out there, we couldn't be happier with Clay. As a small business based in Melbourne, Australia, we needed a wholesale solution that made ordering easy for our retailers, allowed us to apply tax correctly for Australian clients, create and customise templates and the Clay team even helped us integrate a second app. Sid and Shubham went above and beyond—taking the time to support us over phone calls and Zoom meetings. No issue was ever too big or too small. They are truly some of the kindest and most dedicated people I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and their commitment to their app shines through in everything they do. I was honestly close to giving up on setting up our own wholesale system until Sid and Shubham came along. Once you’re set up, if your business has a specific need that isn’t yet in the app, I can guarantee these two will find a way to make it work. I am beyond grateful for their support.

This app has made it really easy for me to add wholesale pricing to my Shopify store. It looks extremely professional in my shopify product pages, cart and checkout pages. It was exactly what i was looking for to support my business. The support received from the team at Clay via chat was prompt and really helpful. Documentation and video instructions are clear and straightforward. The settings for pricing and display are very quick and easy to set up. I would highly recommend this app for B2B wholesale pricing.
