We have worked with Clearsale for over 4 years and their platform, customer service, and dev teams are all top notch. They have even handled special customization(s) that are important to our business.

Good product, but billing is not integrated with Shopify like every other app. Couldn't access their platform to update billing details. They sent the outstanding balance to a debt collector.

Its been over 3 months since they said my chargeback was approved for refund. Kept telling me its the next payout, but its starting to get old. Messaged them 1 months ago on an update, and was ignored until today explaining reason codes which was already provided and approved. Hopefully this negative review will get them to finally payout the refund.

I'm writing this review on my first day using the service. My first impression is simply GREAT! Setting up and integration of service were so easy and straight forward. Then I had an issue with an order not submitted to Clear Sale for review. As soon as I emailed the customer service, I saw a lot of communication back and forth among customer service, technical support and sales to fix the issue and give me a quick decision. I realized the agent Kaio and analyst Yasmin did great job to coordinate among all departments and prioritize my issue till I got a resolution within few hours. I'm really impressed!! Thank you so much!
