Update: 12/1/2025: Still no contact from Clearsale. Even though they were going to "Escalate" to the head of their customer service on 11/07/25. Still no contact about getting reimbursed, no coverage for the fraud that THEY said was OK to send. Do not use this service...It is a complete scam! This app is a scam! After more than 4 years of having this app, we received our very first chargeback and have had little to no response from Clearsale. When they do respond, they are simply copy/paisting responses. They give you the runaround when pushing for reimbursement for a chargeback that THEY approved, even after you load up all the documents to their un-user friendly portal. Now I'm trying to cancel the service and can't get anyone to respond. The chargeback was only for a $25.00 sale...Could you image if it was something of high value? I just can't believe we wasted all this money each money thinking we were protected.

I strongly advise anyone considering ClearSale to think twice before signing up. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They promised to protect my business from fraudulent transactions and assured me of secure, guaranteed sales. Instead, they failed to deliver on those promises. ClearSale took a significant amount of money from my account, yet when fraud actually occurred, they didn’t stand behind their guarantee or reimburse the losses. Communication was poor, and their customer service was completely unhelpful — every time I reached out, I was met with delays and excuses instead of real solutions. This company did not protect my business as advertised and left me feeling scammed. I’m sharing my experience so other business owners can avoid going through the same headache and financial loss I did.

Clearsale is a fraud. They will ignore you and keep your payouts. They do not provide protection like they say they will.

Service is absolutely horrible. Asked to cancel some orders from cover and I was lied to about how many orders was 'not identified' but I showed them clearly we have been charged for them. And then we went on for about a full month of me asking for information of how the charged was calculated and everytime they try and send the document the link was broken, the request was blocked or some issue was happening where I cannot get access to the document. This is really starting to become a scam and hiding behind poor customer service will still charging me $2-3,000 every month. I was talking to Monalisa and she keeps reassuring me they are working asap and will fulfil my request but she keeps sending me broken links and leads me around in circles. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE

Its been over 3 months since they said my chargeback was approved for refund. Kept telling me its the next payout, but its starting to get old. Messaged them 1 months ago on an update, and was ignored until today explaining reason codes which was already provided and approved. Hopefully this negative review will get them to finally payout the refund.

This is literally a trash company with as trash team that misleads stores into believing that they're covered from chargebacks when they really aren't. I am so disappointed in the entire team. They even ignored my emails when I requested to cancel the service. BEWARE! Do not believe them. It's BS.
