ClearSale Fraud Protection
ClearSale has received mixed reviews from users. Positive aspects highlighted include reasonable rates for fraud protection, great customer service, and ease of use. Users appreciate the peace of mind and protection the app offers against fraudulent orders. However, negative feedback revolves around difficulties in getting in touch with support, delays in responses, and issues with reimbursement for declined transactions. Some users also mentioned false positives and dissatisfaction with the service provided.

They will deny most, if not all of your claims even with a signed proof of delivery, call it a "commercial dispute" despite the item being signed at the delivery address, and charge you for it. In the event you corner them with evidence and finally get them to approve a claim, they will say you have overdue invoices, depsite being on auto-pay, use the balance on the approved claim to "balance" the overdue invoices.
Very resonable rates for peace of mind to weed out fraudulent orders. Very few have slipped through and when they did clear.sale covered us with no hassle. Attentive on the occasion we resubmit an order that was declined that we believe to be valid. Nothing but a great experience with this insurance against the fraudsters.
Support is very difficult to get in touch with, everything feels like a sales pitch rather than helping existing customers. They take a cut from every transaction despite not providing coverage for every transaction (transactions over a certain value are not protected even though you get charged for them). Responses are taking longer and longer to come through and false positives have increased making it difficult to justify this service.
