Very resonable rates for peace of mind to weed out fraudulent orders. Very few have slipped through and when they did clear.sale covered us with no hassle. Attentive on the occasion we resubmit an order that was declined that we believe to be valid. Nothing but a great experience with this insurance against the fraudsters.

Support is very difficult to get in touch with, everything feels like a sales pitch rather than helping existing customers. They take a cut from every transaction despite not providing coverage for every transaction (transactions over a certain value are not protected even though you get charged for them). Responses are taking longer and longer to come through and false positives have increased making it difficult to justify this service.

I've used ClearSale in a few of my stores, their ability to approve more orders and keep chargebacks low is unbeatable. Excited to start a new one soon.

Great customer service. We’ve worked with ClearSale for nearly four years, and their team has consistently helped protect our business. While messages escalated to senior support can take a bit longer at times, they always follow up in a timely and professional manner.
