Support is very difficult to get in touch with, everything feels like a sales pitch rather than helping existing customers. They take a cut from every transaction despite not providing coverage for every transaction (transactions over a certain value are not protected even though you get charged for them). Responses are taking longer and longer to come through and false positives have increased making it difficult to justify this service.
