The app keeps limiting my access to the basic level even though I upgraded to a paid plan, and it is not delivering the paid-level service promised. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but no one has responded.

We did our best to respond to every message, though weekend replies can take up to 48h. After weeks no answers, this review seems fake. It was submitted after only a few minutes, with no contact and incorrect setup/usage of the app. We hope Shopify Support will check it.
