The app keeps limiting my access to the basic level even though I upgraded to a paid plan, and it is not delivering the paid-level service promised. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but no one has responded.

After weeks no answers, this review seems fake. It was submitted after only a few minutes, with no contact and incorrect setup/usage of the app. We hope Shopify Support will check it.
