Updated: The support team contacted me within 1 business day and fixed the error. It's a good sign, and the app works well again. When the app has an urgent error, you cannot find any support online, even after submitting a support ticket, you will get an email to tell u that you need to wait more 5 business days - "This message confirms that your request (XXX) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff. We love this app! We were able to easily customize it to fit our branding and it's very simple to use, organize by store-type, and keep up to date using a synced google sheet. We have over 300 retail partners and everyone has been very happy to be included on our snazzy map! We get tons of compliments on it. I recently had an issue with the map, which was completely unrelated to Closeby (it was a theme issue) and Matt at Closeby was wonderful and helped up get our cool map back up for the world to see. We've been wanting to add a store locator to our website for a long time and we've finally gotten around to it. We chose Closeby after reviewing a handful of Shopify apps because of the seemingly easy set up and the fact that it was low impact to our site speed. Adding in locations is super easy and customizing the map is pretty simple too. The only thing that I think could be worked on is the glitch when attempting to add multiple store locations at once and uploading a banner photo for each. I had to keep refreshing the page after adding one because trying to add two in a row would just never load. I also think the adding in of store hours could be simplified just a bit without having to do each day one by one. Overall, Closeby is great and we are happy with our choice!
