Updated: The support team contacted me within 1 business day and fixed the error. It's a good sign, and the app works well again. When the app has an urgent error, you cannot find any support online, even after submitting a support ticket, you will get an email to tell u that you need to wait more 5 business days - "This message confirms that your request (XXX) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff. Please note that we are a small operation, so our typical response time is 5 business days. We really appreciate your patience. For Shopify and Wix users, please send us your connected store url which can be found in your Closeby settings as well to help our team investigate your account.
