Updated: The support team contacted me within 1 business day and fixed the error. It's a good sign, and the app works well again. When the app has an urgent error, you cannot find any support online, even after submitting a support ticket, you will get an email to tell u that you need to wait more 5 business days - "This message confirms that your request (XXX) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff.
