This app has only one job and it can't do it properly. By default, filters that already exist add new tags automatically, fact that it's not explained anywhere. However, if you create a new tag filter from scratch it won't do that (also not mentioned anywhere). You will go crazy not understanding why certain filters just reselect all tags out of nowhere. In addition to this, the UX is atrocious. When you edit a filter there is no "save" button, so whatever you did it's done. If you add too many collections to the filter where it should appear you can't see all of them, so you will need to remember them instead (absolutely great if you onboard someone new in the company and they can't see this, yay!). The more I use this app the more I feel it's really badly done. Also, customer service was kind of arrogant.

This app does exactly what I need. And the customer service is amazing. They helped with some of the set-up that I could not figure out. They also helped with some custom items.

The best customer service I've received from any company in quite some time. We had a minor issue with our SKU structure and the search results. I contacted the company and they created customized fixes for our SKU format very quickly. Explaining the issue was a bit complicated but they totally understood our needs and customized our search exactly how we needed it. Thank you!
Had to ask for a little help with setting it up but the team was very helpful and gave clear instructions or helped with the extra coding we needed. Very quick to reply with help even with time difference.
The App works great, and the team is super responsive to help with any questions, the name of the guy who replied to my e-mails is Nikita; we had some errors with our website, but he was quick, and he fixed the issues.
The app is great and support is even better. Had a ticket opened, and they closed it the same day, within hours. Very happy with the app so far!

This app has been really good for our business - it produces good search data and looks great on the website. The technical support has also been top notch - working directly with the developers we were able to put in place some custom code for our search implementation that really helped!

I am blown away by this app. Not online is the ease of use superior to other search bars and filters that I have experimented with, but the customer service is phenomenal. I am not well versed with coding and the team at Cloud Search were able to have more conversation with me in 1 day than I have been able to get from any other developer. The functionality is great and the customer service is even better!
I've only used the basic features of the app but needed some help in fixing the app code and was really impressed with the customer service. Kudos for that. Keep it up!
Only works around 10 % of the time. Most times it does not show any results. Very unreliable on my shopify 2.0 shop. EDIT: Contacted the developer who literraly fixed the issues within minutes. Turns out the issue was with some code I had on my shop and now it works seemlessly. Thank you.
We found that the issue was caused by a 3rd party code in your theme that was blocking all Javascript apps from loading in your store. We've removed the problematic code and the issue is now resolved. Would you be able to adjust your review accordingly?

I'm a Shopify store owner with over 300 orders per month. I never write apps reviews unless truly deserved. Cloud Search has SIGNIFICANTLY improved how my customers search and find products on my site. The search filters are a game changer. Also, given what they charge per month, it's probably the best value I have. I'm very happy with them!
Making my collection loading slow on the website. Rest everything works good. I need this to be sorted out.
Hi! It appears your collection pages still contain some code left from another search/filter app and it is the cause of the slowness. I've sent a collaborator access request to help with this. Update: We've removed the code for you, and the issue has been fixed.
