I was helped by Mohammed-- he was great and it is unbelievably easy to sync etsy to shopify. It was done in a couple of minutes and I barely had to do anything.

The inventory sync was almost perfect: 99.73%. It accomplished the job. The customer service agent was very nice. I don't have an opinion about the order and product sync yet.

I wanted to try Etsy Sync out but haven't much time with it. The best part of the app is that staffs are always available to help on the chat box.

The Customer service I received from Thea was amazing the agent basically did all the work for me I would have never figured It out on me own she asked me a few questions and It was done My store is now backup and running thanks to er I could not be happer with the costomer service. thanks Thea !
