I was having trouble with syncing my products. I was re-thinking the app because I made sure I was following the step but it still wasn't working for me. I decided to reach out for support via the chat box and I'm glad I did. Omar Youssef was my agent. Omar was able to assist me and synced all of my products. Omar provide me with excellent service and support. He even was able to answer some of my other concerns. If you are having trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to the support team.

Man -- i reached out to support for some help in syncing products from Shopify to Etsy, and they not only explained the issue and told me how to fix it -- they did it for me! I don't often see this level of support. Thank you, Omar!

Using this app for the first time and encountered some confusion on the setup and some issues while syncing. I just signed up, but so far the integration and syncing seem sooo much easier than other apps I have used. Angelica was very helpful, kind, and answered my questions clearly without being condescending. I'm a bit older, and I appreciated that!

Fantastic app. Completely streamlined the addition of thousands of my products to Etsy, and customer support has been insanely good. Omar has walked me through every step of the process, solved issues I've been having, and has gone above and beyond to make sure the app is working exactly as I need it for my specific scenario. I'd recommend this for any store, big or small. The app is very intuitive and very streamlined to use. A life saver!
